It is good that you are taking a lot of pix. I see you have checked out the radiator, bought a fan shroud which should certainly help with cooling, and a five blade or more fan. What the Squarebird owners had to do was to find a single groove pulley to add to it to get that 3rd grooved pulley. If the Bulletbird is like the Squarebird, there is a three grooved crankshaft pulley that you will probably need to make this work. Hopefully, you will have the necessary pulley(s) you will need to do the conversion. Mainly, that consisted of me doing any coordination necessary with them, and looking for and find parts that might be needed to install their unit on their Tbird.
